National Opinion Research Center (NORC) Evaluation of ESI, 2009

In 2007, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality contacted NORC to conduct a formal national evaluation of the Emergency Severity Index. This work was completed and a formal report was given to AHRQ in 2009. A future publication summarizing the findings will be available soon.
